Vantera Aerial L.L.C. collects as little as it can, and only to answer you and do the work.
What we collect
If you send a quote request, we get what you type into the form. That means your name, email address, the service you picked, your timeline, the site address and any details you add. If you email us, we get your email and whatever you put in it.
The site has no ad trackers and sets no cookies of its own. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use it to answer you, quote the work and do the job if you hire us. We don't sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
Quote requests are stored in HubSpot, the system we use to track client conversations. Email runs through Google Workspace. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each one handles the information under its own privacy policy and only to provide that service to us.
Vantera Aerial runs an app called Vantera Aerial Publisher. Its only job is to post our own articles to the Vantera Aerial Facebook Page. It doesn't log anyone in and doesn't collect information about people who see or interact with those posts.
Deleting your information
Email hello@flyvantera.com with the subject "Delete my information" and we will delete what we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by email. The one exception is records we have to keep for taxes or a signed contract.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
