Vantera Aerial documents construction and commercial sites across Northeast Florida from the air and on the ground, and shoots listing media for real estate. It works out of St. Johns County.
I spent six years as a Marine Corps intelligence analyst, then a decade running programs and delivery teams inside large organizations. I hold an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, and I fly Vantera's drones myself.
For a construction site, Vantera comes back on a fixed schedule and shoots the same angles from the same points. Each visit lines up with the one before it, so the project has a record from cleared land to closeout. The same visit can cover the ground, the air, 360 panoramas inside the building, and a 3D model of the site.
A Vantera 3D model is a picture of the site on the day it was flown. It is not a survey. When a job needs anything measured, I will tell you, and that work goes to a licensed surveyor.
Vantera also shoots real estate listings, inside and out, with files delivered within 24 hours.

Each visit repeats the shot list we set on day one, from the same points and angles, so the record lines up from one month to the next.
A visual record.
3D site models and overhead imagery are built from GPS position. They show what the site looked like on the day it was flown. Anything that has to be measured goes to a licensed surveyor.
Only what we can show.
Vantera is new. There are no client projects or testimonials on this site, and there won't be any until real clients agree to them.
