The terms.

Booking and payment

You pick the package and the time online. Stripe saves your card when you book. Nothing is charged that day.

We charge the card once, for the total shown when you booked, when the photos are delivered to your gallery. Stripe emails the receipt.

If your bank asks you to approve the charge, or the card is declined, we email you a link to pay, and the gallery opens once it's paid.

Prices are set by the home's size as the listing states it. We don't measure the home.

Moving or cancelling

Move or cancel online, free, up to 24 hours before the shoot, from the link in your confirmation email.

Inside 24 hours, email hello@flyvantera.com or reply to the confirmation and we'll work it out with you.

If nobody can let us in at the booked time, we wait 20 minutes, then mark it missed. A $50 missed shoot fee is charged to your saved card, and you book a new time. Nothing else is charged.

Weather and airspace

Drones stay down in rain, high wind, low cloud and poor visibility, and anywhere the FAA hasn't cleared us to fly. We check the forecast the day before and airspace before every flight.

If the weather or airspace rules out the drone part, we'll offer a new time for it or, if you'd rather, shoot the ground part as booked and take the drone items off the bill.

A weather move never costs you anything.

The property

You confirm the seller has agreed to the shoot, drone included, and that we can get in at the booked time.

Gate codes and lockbox details are used only for this shoot and deleted from our booking system when the photos are delivered.

We frame the shoot on the listing. We don't aim at neighbors, their yards or people, and we keep identifiable people out of the photos.

Delivery and fixes

Delivered in 24 to 48 hours from the shoot, to a private gallery link.

If something's off, use the fix button in the gallery and we'll fix it free. If we can't make it right, we refund the part that's wrong.

Your gallery stays up until the sale is complete, for up to a year after delivery. Download your files and keep your own copy.

Photo license

Vantera Aerial owns the copyright in the photos, video and tours.

Once the order is paid, you, your brokerage and the seller can use them to market this listing, on the MLS, listing sites, social media, print and your own website, for as long as you need. You can keep using them in your own portfolio after the home sells.

Please don't sell them, give them to another agent for a later listing of the same home, or remove our name from the tour or video. A new agent can license them from us at a fair price.

We may show the work in our own portfolio, without the address or anything about the seller.

What we don't do

We take photos, video and linked 360 tours. We don't produce floor plans, dimensions, square footage, surveys, maps, measurements or anything that states the size or shape of land or buildings. That work belongs to a licensed surveyor.

Insurance

We're FAA Part 107 certified and carry $1M drone liability insurance. Ask and we'll send a certificate.
